Policy on Refunds and Edits

Thank you so much for placing an order with WHATSUITSHIM or one of our subsidiary branches! We are ecstatic you’ve hired us (or at least seem to be considering us) for your freelancing needs. We strive to provide a high-quality product and reliable customer service. That said, here is our policy on refunds, edits, and the like:

WHATSUITSHIM, WSH | CONSULTING, and WSH | PHOTOGRAPHY all maintain a strict no-refund policy. In extreme cases of emergency, clients may reschedule consultations and appointments at no additional cost.

CONSULTING clients may request free and unlimited edits related to service request type for the periods of time listed:

• QUICK cover letter and résumé revamps: 7 days, or 1 week

• COMPREHENSIVE cover letter and résumé revamps & ALL PACKAGES: 60 days, or 2 months

• GENERAL COPYWRITING: 90 days, or 3 months

as determined by the earliest of (a) client’s electronic receipt of order or (b) the fulfillment date, pursuant to WHATSUITSHIM internal records.
